Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee (Operator), Dubai
Are you prepared to embark on an international adventure within the dynamic oil and shipping industry? Can you see yourself gaining hands-on experience from the outset, playing a crucial role in the global movement of fleets, managing technical responsibilities, and ensuring smooth global trade operations across various locations around the world?
What does it mean to be a Trainee with us?
You will become part of a global two-year programme that offers valuable insights into how we fuel global trade and take responsibility in the future of shipping. As a trainee in the Operations team, you'll be involved in the logistics planning for bunker deliveries right from the start.

Buckle up for global rotations (2 x 1,5 months) across our offices such as Singapore, UAE, Denmark,or Panama. This will give you firsthand experiences and understanding of different business contexts and cultures. In every office, we have an inclusive environment that oozes of team spirit and a multi-cultural vibe. We truly cherish moments spent together, also beyond work. All of this will give you a feeling of being home away from home during your rotations.
